I found seats quickly, and the filters made it a lot easier to narrow things down. Search was mostly smooth for me 👍

"Got my payout quickly"
I sold my tickets on SeatGeek and I was kind of expecting to wait around or have to check on it a bunch, but the payout showed up right on time, maybe even a little sooner than I had in my head. No weird delays, no chasing anyone down, it just kind of happened like it was supposed to, which was really nice.

"Promo looked good until checkout"
I tried using a SeatGeek promo code I found, and at first it looked like it worked, so my brain did the usual shortcut of thinking, “Nice, I got a deal.” But once I got to checkout, the fees basically canceled out the discount. The site itself was easy enough to use, but the promo/deal part felt a little misleading. Not the best first experience.

"Good experience overall"
I used SeatGeek for a concert, and everything went smoothly. The seat location was pretty much exactly where it showed on the map, and the view matched what I was expecting, which was a relief. My only small complaint is that I wish the section details were a little clearer before buying. Overall though, I had a positive experience and would use it again.

The tickets worked fine in the end, so I’m happy about that. The seller was a little slow getting them over, though, maybe that’s normal sometimes? Overall it worked out, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

Had a bit of a problem with my tickets. Not ideal. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. Took some patience. But in the end, they fixed it, so all good.

I grabbed my tickets through seatgeek and felt good about it, though I’ll admit there’s always that tiny moment of doubt until you’re actually at the gate.
The barcode scanned instantly, the tickets were legit, and we were inside in about two minutes with zero drama. Super smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again

"Harder to use than it should be"
SeatGeek was fine overall, but the website was more frustrating than I expected. I was trying to compare different seats, and I kept getting kicked back or losing my spot, which got annoying quickly.

The filters aren’t terrible, but they didn’t always seem to stay the way I set them. The seat map also took a bit to load, and on my laptop it felt jumpy while I was moving around.

I did end up finding tickets, so it worked in the end, but it took way longer than it should’ve. I just wish the site was simpler and easier to use

"Seat map made choosing tickets way easier"
I bought my tickets through SeatGeek and the seat map really helped. I could zoom around, see what the view looked like, and compare different seats without having it turn into a whole research project. It made it a lot easier to avoid ending up with some random bad spot. Checkout was smooth too, so I’d definitely use it again

I was looking for tickets to a game and seatgeek actually had a solid selection. There were plenty of seats to look through, and comparing prices was easy enough. A few sections sold out quickly, but I still ended up finding decent tickets. I’d use it again.

So, I had an event get cancelled and ended up using SeatGeek to handle the refund. It did come back eventually, so I mean... I can’t say they didn’t help. But it was slower than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once, which was a little annoying. The app itself was easy to use, and that part was fine. I just wish the updates were clearer along the way, you know? Overall, not a terrible experience, but not really a great one either. Three stars feels about right.

"Account stuff is fine , just a little annoying"
seatgeek is fine once I’m logged in , but dealing with my account has been kind of inconsistent . I had to reset my password twice , and the email took longer to show up than I expected . Updating my payment info was easy though , so it wasn’t all bad . I just wish the login process and account settings felt a bit smoother .

I bought my tickets on SeatGeek and was a little anxious at first, but they showed up in my email quickly, which definitely made me feel better. Transferring them to my wallet was super easy too. No weird problems at the gate or anything, so by the end I was relieved and happy with how smoothly it all went.

"Easy to Use, But the Fees Caught Me Off Guard"
SeatGeek was straightforward to use, and I found tickets fast, so I just assumed the price I was seeing was basically what I’d pay. Then the fees showed up at checkout and the total jumped more than I expected. I still bought the tickets because I needed them, but it was definitely annoying. Not a terrible experience overall, I just wish they showed the full price earlier.

I had a good experience with seatgeek, honestly. After I placed my order, I got the confirmation emails right away, and they kept me updated until the tickets finally showed up in my account. So... I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars just because I wish one of the updates had come a little sooner, but yeah, overall it was totally fine...
